Okami Persistent Rank Decay
Save ranks between restarts with optional decay. Choose between scenario-end and time-based decay.

Saves Conflict-style ranks under Profile/OkamiPersistentRankDecay, restores after player audit (with a 5s pipeline retry if needed), and can decay ranks on a timer or at campaign match end. Server init: SCR_BaseGameMode defers the first InitServer by 2s; SCR_GameModeCampaign runs ResetAndInit so Workbench Reload Game clears stale hook state. XP pipeline retries every 500ms (up to 240 attempts). Scenario-end decay hooks RPC_DoEndMatch on SCR_GameModeCampaign. settings.json in the profile folder.
